Are there refunds/transfers?
A: All purchases are final and there are no exchanges/transfers. You will have plenty of time to get your race done. We provide (15) days after signing you for your to submit your results and get it done. If no result are submitted, we will still send out your medal to the address provided, however it will not have any engravings on it.

How are you making sure people don't cheat or claim they Won the medal at the original race?
